How It Works
1. Ticket Creation
When you call or email, a ticket is created in the system.
2. Manager Notified
The ticket is immediately sent to the manager and tracked.
3. Response
You will either get an answer on the initial call owners also note manager reviews all open tickets each week and ensures they have been answered or followed up on.
4. Work Order
Owners also have the ability of creating a work order using the Sentry portal on their own.
ARC Submissions (Home Improvements)
If you're planning any exterior changes, including fences, patios, roofs, solar panels, or paint, you must submit an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) application and receive written approval before beginning any work.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
To ensure a complete and timely review, your ARC application must include all of the following:
- A detailed description of the proposed changes
- A site plan with changes clearly indicated (if applicable)
- Material samples (paint chips, roofing types, fencing style, etc.)
- Contractor proposal or scope of work, if available
- For new owners, a copy of your closing disclosure or deed
- For Fence Applications signatures of both homeowners to the left and right side must be on the application for the ARC to review.
Owners: Do not schedule, sign contracts, or pay deposits until you have received formal written ARC approval. The HOA and management company are not liable for any financial loss resulting from unapproved work or delays in application processing.
HOW TO SUBMIT
- Via Community Pro Portal: click the link on the community pro portal if you are unable to upload documents please try another web browser if that does not work please submit attachments to community care and reference your ARC application and address.
